1. Jess fixes all loose shakes and replaces broken ones.
2. I wipe down with damp cloth.
3. I go around chipping/scraping loose paint.
4. I start painting and painting and painting and painting some more.
We used just under 15 gallons of Sherwin Williams Eclipse and a 4 inch brush for two coats on the whole thing. The only major thing that went wrong is that we figured out we had a huge wasp/hornet problem. Every new side we came to we had a new nest to get rid of.
It was actually harder than I thought to recap all this, so questions are more than welcomed.
