RECAP ON FEBRUARY: We missed 5 days of T25. We just got busy and we both prefer to do it together. Which is actually hilarious considering the first time we ever worked out together um...8 years ago Jess made some stupid comment about my dog (who was only 4 pounds) was pulling me. Needless to say he has gotten smarter and this year is the first time we have ever worked out together since that first time! I would say overall those my fitness goals were not met because we had to go to the next set of DVDs for T25 and it was a lot tougher. I basically have been sore everyday this month and chose not to do anything else. Call me a pansy that's cool. Either way I am still even as I type this not sure what to do next month.
A positive is that I have remained drinking small pops and generally just one a day. Once in awhile I will order a large and not finish it. So that has been a positive. We also started to doing meal replacement shakes for breakfast. I have actually really enjoyed that. I don't normally eat breakfast and I have noticed a change in my energy and my choices throughout the day.
Financially I met my goals! Thanks to taxes I must say. Faith wise I did not do the Ephesians study but I have done a few different studies on Right Now Media that I have really enjoyed.
Oh yah, a big bonus as of today I am officially the smallest on the scale and in measurements as I have been since having Gatlyn! I am super happy and satisfied with the small changes I have made.
Monthly: I am going to continue T25 for the next 2 weeks for sure. But I start softball the 14th and I know that working out with Jess is not really going to be an option. So I am thinking about taking another stab at running.
First Week: 2 days without pop. I know I can do 8 days but I really do love it. So I don't really want to give it up totally.
Second Week: No fast food.
Third Week: Run 4 days throughout the week. I have done couch to 5k before and not sure if that's what I am gonna do but I will figure out something.
Fourth Week: This is to be determined. I will be in softball full swing and really don't want to commit to something I won't be able to do.
Financial: We have some big plans coming up so I am going to start saving for those. .
Faith: Finish Pulling the Thread and start One Minute After You Die study.
